Mel has been teaching yoga & mindfulness since 1999. She is known for bringing a relevant voice that speaks directly to your heart to the practice. Her wellness workshop includes practical tools and simple routines to help you live wholeheartedly: Learn how to:

  • Be present and why 'I'll be happy when...' doesn't work

  • Release blame and forgive yourself when you mess up

  • Recreate your story and let go of what is holding you back

Caroline has a lifelong love of cooking, a passion for wholesome ingredients and an inherent belief in the healing power of food. She will be hosting a relaxed and fun lunchtime cooking demo for you to:

  • Create nutritiously balanced & delicious meals 

  • Discover the importance of 'real' whole foods for hormone balance & energy levels 

  • Chef 'tips & tricks' 


Mémé has a passion for investigating and explaining how things happen in the body that results in certain health conditions and has a particular focus on gut and brain health. She'll be presenting two info-packed fun workshops covering the following:

  • Healthy ageing including energy, mood and skin health

  • What is gut health exactly and why it's important

  • How does it relate to hormones and detox 



On arrival between 5-6pm on Friday, you'll be greeted warmly by Caroline, Melinda, Mémé followed by a short yoga session and drinks before dinner.

Saturday and Sunday will be a mix of workshops, classes and free time to spend at your leisure. Join our specialist team of teachers to learn renewal tools and techniques that will help you reset and recharge. 

In between sessions take a dip in the 12m indoor swimming pool, relax in the sauna or enjoy a circular walk through the orchard and secret walled garden, and out into the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Or perhaps just hang out on the lawn beneath the ancient oaks…

Unwind, Nourish, Discover


Launceston Farm is nestled in the Cranborne Chase 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. It's located on a working organic farm in the Tarrant Valley on the Dorset/Wiltshire border, 5 miles from the Georgian market town of Blandford Forum. 

The luxury accommodation consists of: the farmhouse, which sleeps 12 in elegant ensuite bedrooms; Flint, is twin-share accommodation in a beautifully converted stable opposite the farmhouse with an outdoor roll-top bath; The Bothy is a twin share cottage next to the Farmhouse, with its own private outdoor courtyard with a bateau bath for soaks under the stars. All rooms are beautifully furnished and have views looking out over the surrounding countryside, perfect for unwinding and relaxing.

Mémé Watanabe is a personalised nutritionist and coach specialising in digestive and brain health. She is founder of Biohealth Clinic and Transformative Nutrition.

Caroline Haigh is a Nutrition Health Coach and chef and founder of Everyday Healthy Cooking and Your Undercover Cook. She is based in London and has over 20 years experience in this field.

By car
If approaching from the north/east, take the A354 from Salisbury and head towards Blandford Forum until you reach Tarrant Hinton. Turn left down a country road sign posted Tarrant Launceston. Follow the valley road for approximately 0.75 miles and Launceston Farmhouse is on the right hand side, just after the turning for Launceston Farm.
If approaching from the South, head out from Wimborne on the B3082 towards Blandford Forum. When you reach Tarrant Keyneston turn right at The True Lovers Knot pub. Follow the road for approximately three miles, through Tarrant Monkton and the next hamlet you come to is Tarrant Launceston. Continue for another 0.5 miles along the same road and Launceston Farmhouse is on your left.

By train
The nearest railway stations are Salisbury (15 miles), Poole (15 miles) and Dorchester (23 miles).

From London
Leave the M25 at Junction 12 onto the M3. Head south on the M3 towards Southampton, take the A303 towards Adover, turn onto the A338 to Salisbury and then follow directions as above as approaching from north/east.

The price of the retreat includes luxury accommodation, deliciously home-cooked meals & treats throughout your stay, renewal workshops with Mel, Mémé and Caroline, all yoga classes and exclusive use of the swimming pool and sauna.  

A 50% non-refundable deposit is made on booking and the remaining 50% must be made by 8th September. 


As we will all be staying together we ask that you take extra precautions before arriving. So that we can provide a safe space for all, we ask for you to be tested a maximum of 3 days prior to the retreat. 

During the retreat we will maintain government safety guidelines and maintain sufficient distance and hygiene but masks will not be mandatory. We'll make the environment as warm and inviting as possible. 

If you have been tested positive for COVID-19, we will make sure you are top of the list for the next retreat. 

Should there be another government restriction, a full refund will be given.
