Meet Mémé

Registered Nutritional Therapist & Coach

I am the founder of a collaborative team of practitioners at Biohealth Clinic UK where I have a particular focus in digestive and brain health.  I also work at The Key Clinic, The Centre for Integrative Sports Nutrition and have 30-years experience in the practice of mindfulness. I use these aspects together with my interest in mindful communication to help and empower people to understand the importance of the body-mind connection to support whole-body health.

I have a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Middlesex, a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from CNELM, a Diploma in Health and Nutrition from Greenwich University and BCNH and I am a certified NLP (neurolinguistic programming) practitioner. I am a member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Management, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
